A Newer Year

Can you believe it’s already the second week of the new year? Only like 50 left! Where does the time go? By now, you’ve likely noticed that FNS is back in its 5 a week schedule. Fun Factory will return next week over at GraphicSmash. And school starts tomorrow (for me). I hope everyone else is having an awesome new year so far. 2010 is filled with potential and apprehension for me, but such is life. The exciting new thing for me is that I am in Great Theater’s production of The Producers this winter as Roger Du Bris, better known as “Gay Hitler.” This show is one of my favorites and I’m very excited to be a part of it. I’ll keep y’all posted on when the performances are and hopefully some of you in the St. Cloud MN area can get over to see it!

Also, don’t forget to give a listen to The Weekly Podcast Show!  We just did a big salute to the decade that was and this week we’re peering into the future!

So much to say

There’s a lot going on, a lot to say. First, have you Pre-Ordered your copy of “Sad Little Life”? Pre-orders are only $10.00. For your ten dollars, you will get a lovely signed artist edition of the book as well as a desktop for your computer. Pre-orders will only go until Friday, July 3rd. After that, normal copies will be $12.00, and the artist editions will be $15.00. I’m trying to help you, I really am.

Meanwhile, there’s the return of an old favorite to mention…. www.marvelouspatric.com has returned! Now updating Monday-Friday with all new creative text content!

Thirdly, have you been listening to Patric Draws? This week, Matt and I talk about copyright and giant robots.

Lastly, some big news. Freaks N Squeeks is ending. On July 3rd, 2009, everything you know as Freaks N Squeeks is coming to an end. I have more to say about this, but not until we get closer to that end.

Welcome back, Al.

When I finished “Sad Little Life”, I said that I would not use Al for at least six months. Well, I reckon we’re close enough to that mark. He’s back! Everyone’s favorite boy genius mouse is back and it’s gonna be very funny. Like really really funny. Or, at least, mildly humorous. Stick around to find out!

Oh, and go listen to the podcast of last night’s Ustream.

Just a quick post to say we’ll be doing a live show tonight as I draw tomorrow’s comic. Watch us around 8:30pm CST tonight!!
